The Primary Election is scheduled for August 8.

Are you registered to vote? Confirm your registration status by clicking HERE.
If you haven't registered yet, please note that the deadline to register is July 9. You can download a registration form by clicking HERE.
If you will be out of town on August 8, there are two options for voting:
In-person absentee voting: Visit the Harrison County Circuit Clerk's Office at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501. In-person absentee voting will be available from June 24 to August 4. Please note that on July 29, 2023, and August 5, 2023, the office will be open for in-person absentee voting from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The deadline for in-person absentee voting is August 5, 2023.
Mail-in absentee voting: Contact the Harrison County Circuit Clerk's Office to request an Official Application for Absentee Elector's Ballot. Depending on the proximity to the election date, the Application and Ballot may be mailed together. Mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received within five (5) business days of the election (August 8, 2023) to be counted.
